When you book Sherwood Farm, you enjoy exclusive use of the entire estate, accommodating up to 30+ guests across five dwellings — the grand main residence, “The Pavilion”, and four boutique cottages, each with its own character, privacy, and views of the surrounding hills, forest, and grazing animals.
This setup offers a perfect balance of togetherness and space — ideal for large group stays, wedding weekends, and multi-day events.
The Pavilion – Heart of the Property

Surrounding the main house are four self-contained cottages — Iron Bark,Blue Gum, Grey Gum & Spotted Gum

Additional Rules
Sherwood Farm is a peaceful countryside estate designed for relaxation, connection, and celebration.
To ensure every guest enjoys their stay and the property remains in excellent condition, please take note of the following:
?️ Respect the Property
Please treat the property with care and leave it in a tidy condition.
Furniture must not be moved inside or outside without approval — floors are delicate and easily scratched.
Red wine, food, or drinks are not permitted on the main house lounge or bedding.
We take videos and photos before each check-in for property condition reference.
Noise & Events
Sherwood Farm is a secluded property, but we ask all guests to respect quiet hours after 10 pm.
Amplified music or live performances are permitted only with prior approval and must end by 10 pm unless otherwise arranged.
Event setups (marquees, catering tents, portable bars, etc.) must be pre-approved to ensure safe placement and avoid damage to grounds.
Fireworks, confetti, and sky lanterns are not permitted due to environmental and safety reasons.
Farm Safety
Please be mindful of the farm environment, including wildlife, electric fences, and natural terrain.
Gates must be closed at all times to protect our animals.
Swimming in the dam is not permitted.
Children must be supervised near the pool, tennis court, and around animals.
Fires & Smoking
Fires are allowed only in designated fire pits and subject to local fire bans.
Smoking is not permitted indoors or near open structures; please use ashtrays provided.
Vehicles & Buggy Hire
Guests may park only in designated areas.
A buggy is available for additional hire during events or weddings to assist with guest transfers around the property.
Only authorised drivers (over 21 years old) may operate the buggy.
Cleaning & Damages
A cleaning fee applies to each stay; however, excessive mess, event waste, or damages may incur additional charges.
A refundable security deposit is required for all event bookings. Refunds are processed after inspection if the property is left in good condition.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire Sherwood Farm estate during their stay — ensuring complete privacy and freedom to create their own experience.
When you book the property, the main residence (The Pavilion), four cottages, and all shared grounds and facilities are yours to enjoy.
That includes:
Private pool and jacuzzi surrounded by palm trees
Full-size tennis court and fire pit area
High covered deck at The Pavilion, perfect for meals, gatherings, or group sessions
Event lawns suitable for marquees, long-table dinners, yoga sessions, and ceremonies
Picnic area by the dam and walking trail to a hidden waterfall
Open paddocks and landscaped gardens ideal for photography and outdoor activities
Guests are welcome to walk freely throughout the property and explore the tranquil countryside setting, with deer, ponies, and sheep grazing nearby.
For event days or larger celebrations, we also offer a buggy available for additional hire, which can be used to comfortably transport guests around the property — perfect for weddings, retreats, and group events.
Ample on-site parking is available for all guests, and the estate’s layout ensures privacy between dwellings while keeping everything within easy reach.
