The space

Step inside The Sherwood Pavilion and experience a rare, large-scale residence designed for extended families, group stays and celebrations.
With expansive open-plan living, soaring vaulted ceilings, and large sliding doors that open fully to the outdoors, the Pavilion offers exceptional space, light, and seamless indoor–outdoor flow.
The main living area features multiple lounge zones, allowing adults to relax while children play in separate spaces. A striking double-sided fireplace connects the living and dining areas, making it ideal for gatherings, group sessions, or relaxed evenings together. High-quality furnishings, thoughtful details, and generous proportions throughout ensure comfort without feeling crowded.

The fully equipped chef’s kitchen has been designed with group dining and chef presentations in mind. It includes a walk-in pantry and flows directly to the outdoor deck, creating an ideal setup for shared meals, catered events, or long family dinners.

The expansive deck features a large dining table, outdoor lounges, BBQ facilities, and plenty of room for entertaining. From the deck, guests have direct access to a dedicated fire pit area, with seating arranged in a circle-perfect for evenings under the stars.
The Pavilion includes five well-appointed bedrooms within the main residence, along with an additional lounge room currently styled as a children’s play area.
Adjoining the Pavilion is The Nook, a fully self-contained guest house with its own entrance, two king bedrooms, a bathroom, private lounge, and kitchen-ideal for extended family members, facilitators, or guests seeking privacy.
Surrounding the Pavilion is an exceptional outdoor setting rarely found in one property.
The pool area overlooks open paddocks and is set up with sun lounges, umbrellas, and a jacuzzi, offering a relaxed, resort-style atmosphere. A full-size tennis court with basketball hoop is available for active guests-perfect for casual games or practising your Australian Open-style shots.
The expansive open paddocks provide ample space for family activities such as cricket, golf practice, outdoor games, or marquee setups for special occasions. In the mornings, guests are often greeted by the surrounding farm life, including friendly ponies. As you explore the estate, you’ll find a dam and picnic area equipped with kayaks and comfortable seating, especially peaceful in the early mornings.
A dedicated paddock is home to the resident deers, including Bambi, who is known for being gentle and curious (apples are welcome).
For nature lovers, a private forest walk leads to a small hidden waterfall, offering a quiet and scenic place to explore.
With its combination of space, privacy, premium amenities, and natural surroundings, The Sherwood Pavilion is a truly unique property for families, group stays and special celebrations.
