Our community has a strict no-party policy, and we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting any parties or gatherings that may disrupt the tranquillity of our neighbourhood. We have implemented this policy to ensure that all our guests can enjoy the house for its intended purpose – a place for relaxation, leisure, and a peaceful getaway.
Quiet Hours: Please refrain from making noise outside between 10 pm on weekends and 9 pm on weekdays, including Sundays.
Occupancy Limits: The number of guests occupying the property should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or any subsequent written or email agreement.
The whole property is part of the rental, the studio will be included in your booking at no extra charges. Please make yourself at home!
