It offers a relaxing and comfortable environment, ideal for a weekend getaway, business trip, staycation, work-from-home alternative, or as a cozy home base while exploring all that Byron Bay has to offer.
Two indoor dining areas are available, including a breakfast bench in the kitchen and a separate dining table.
The home also features an outdoor small garden area at the front downstairs , perfect for when you need more space for activities. It's equipped with picnic table where you can enjoy a BBQ while surrounded by a variety of trees and potted plants that enhance the green and relaxing atmosphere for your outdoor leisure.
The interior of the apartment boasts abundant natural light, and timber flooring throughout the house adds to its spacious and contemporary feel.
Palm Tree's kitchen is fully equipped and stocked to be your culinary home away from home. From the kitchen, you can oversee the dining and living room, which seamlessly connects to the extensive covered balcony, designed for enthusiastic entertainers.
Bedding and towels are provided, along with high-quality toiletries and welcome treats to ensure your stay is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower, two queen bedrooms, and one with two single beds that share a bathroom in the hallway.
The laundry facilities are fully functional, including a brand new washing machine and dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Parking spaces are available for up to 3 cars.
We are pet-friendly accommodation; however, if you plan to bring your furry friend, please contact us first to inquire about our Pet House Rules.
Just up the street, you'll find one of Byron's favorite and trendy coffee/breakfast spots, offering a wide range of delicious food and beverage options. A bit further up the road is one of the best beaches around, 'Tallows,' which also connects to a tea tree lake, perfect for picnics. It's a ten-minute walk from the Green Garage, a great spot to pick up organic groceries, and just a 2-minute drive into town, where you'll find numerous fantastic restaurants, shops, and beaches.
Please note that this home has a strict no-party policy, and we kindly request that our guests respect this rule. We do not accept hens, bucks, or schoolies bookings of any kind, including quiet ones. (If your vacation dates are already booked, check out our neighbouring Tea Tree Villa, a 3-bedroom home with a similar setting.)

Our community has a strict no-party policy, and we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting any parties or gatherings that may disrupt the tranquillity of our neighbourhood. We have implemented this policy to ensure that all our guests can enjoy the house for its intended purpose – a place for relaxation, leisure, and a peaceful getaway.
Quiet Hours: Please refrain from making noise outside between 10 pm on weekends and 9 pm on weekdays, including Sundays.
Occupancy Limits: The number of guests occupying the property should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or any subsequent written or email agreement
